The thesis contains the new scientific ground of effectiveness increase of pharmacotherapy and pharmacoprophylaxis of immunopathological disorders caused by acute toxic liver affection through using of coordination compound of germanium and nicotinic acid-MIGU-1 with hepatoprotective and antioxidant properties. The specified immunohistochemical and pathomorphological changes of the main populations of immune cells in the stromal component of the liver, thymus, spleen and mesenterial lymph nodes under the experimental toxic hepatitis induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). There is the activation of macrophage and humoral component of immune system, inhibition of cell level and reduction of helper-suppressor index by toxic liver affection. By using the MIGU-1 increases the relative amount of plasmocytes and T-helpers, increases helper-suppressor index. The received data allowed proving the hepatoprotective, antioxidant and immune adjusting properties of new coordination compound of germanium and nicotinic acid, indicating the possibility of its use as a nonspecific immune corrector.
