Essay

It were scientifically based the rationality of addition of benzalconium chloride to suppositories and concentration of drugs in the composition. It was experimentally proved the synergism of antibacterial action between succiphenat and benzalconium chloride. The influence of benzalconium chloride on kinetics of release of succiphenat from suppositoric base was found and osmotic qualities of suppositories were researched. Based on complex research the rational composition, technology and methodic of controlling quality of haemostatic suppositories, which were standartized in analytical and technological documents, were elaborated. The technology of suppositories worked out in the industrial conditions. The scientific novelty of these research protected with a Patent of Ukraine on a useful model № 38065 (25.12.2008).
