Petrova V. Clinic-pathogenic role of the microelementosis at the patients with gout

The object of the study - microelementosis beside sick with miscellaneous variant currents of the gout; the purpose - prove the clinic-pathogenetic importance of the breaches of the microelement's contents in organism at patients with gout, their relationship with microelement's level in surrounding ambience sick, with condition of the lipid perioxidation and an antioxidant protection; the methods - clinical, x-ray, ultrasonic, electrophysiological, atomic-absorbtic-spectrometric, biochemical, immunofermentic, statistical; novelty and results - is for the first time installed level of the essential and toxic microelements in blood and hair of the patients with intermittent and chronic forms of the gouty arthritis, latent and urolitic nephropathies' types, presence tophuses, breaches to excitability and electric conductivity of the myocardium, defeats of the aorta, valve device and cameras of the cor, is proved pathogenetic role of the change microelement's concentration in development and nature joint, kidney and cardiological pathology, particularities of the breaches purine's exchange, processes lipid perioxidation and an antioxidant protection, is determined dependency of the microelement's contents in patient's body from factor surrounding ambiences (the level of the microelements in ground and ground water zones of the residence of the people); it is introduced in practice of the rheumatologic and nephrological branches of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in therapeutic clinic of the Institute urgent and reconstruction surgery named by V. K. Gusak and Donetsk national medical university named by M. Gorky, in Donetsk centre "Biotic medicine", as well as in pedagogical process of the Donetsk national medical university named by M. Gorky, a sphere of the use is a treatment and diagnostic process of rheumatologic, nephrological, therapeutic departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic departments of medical educational establishments.
