The оbject of the study - microelementosis beside sick with miscellaneous variant currents of the rheumatoid arthritis (RA); the purpose - install clinical value of the breaches of the microelement's contents in hair and shelters sick RA, prove pathogenetic importance of microelementosis and his influence upon efficiency medical action; the methods - clinical, x-ray, ultrasonic, atomic-absorbtic-spectrometric, biochemical, immune, immunofermentic, statistical; novelty and results - is for the first time installed level essential and toxic microelements in hair and shelters sick with different clinical, x-ray and laboratory current RA, is proved патогенетическая role of the change their concentration in the event of bone-destructive development of the defeats joint and extraarticular system of the manifestations of the disease, dependency imbalance at the immune systems and efficiency of the use the methods pathogenetic therapy under the action of treatments; it is introduced in practice of the rheumatologic branches of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in therapeutic clinic of the Institute urgent and reconstruction surgery named by V.
