Verbytska J. Investment-innovation activity in Ukraine: regional aspect

The work is devoted to the issues of development the scientific-methodological aspects and practical recommendations aimed on activation of investment-innovation activity in region considering potential results of its realization. The dissertation specified the notion of "investment-innovation activity in region", which resulted the improvement of scientific-methodological base of investment-innovation activity in region. Within the dissertation analysis the approach to the factors, tendencies and condition evaluation of investment-innovation activity in region were gradually structured. The approach provides the definition of character and investment sources of investment-innovation activity considering the costs on innovation activity, implementation and realization of innovations. The above analysis allowed to evaluate the level of costs effectiveness on investment activity in region. For the first time the model of synergistic effect of activation the investment-innovation activity in region were developed. The model describes possible types of effects after the realization, which interagreement creates condition for elimination of reproduction disparities, rise of life quality and the level of human resource development. Moreover encourages the stable regional development. The results of dissertation research became the base for development of complex tools which realization provides the activation of investment-innovation activity in region.
