Research object: process of the innovative providing of competitiveness of region. Purpose: ground of theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations on the improvement of the innovative providing of competitiveness of region. Methods: historical, theoretical generalization and comparison, economic-statistical, system analysis, analysis and synthesis, graphic and graphic-analytical. Novelty: the model of integration cycle «competitiveness – innovative development – competitiveness» is first developed, interpretation of essence and composition of strategic factors of providing of innovative competitiveness of region is improved. Sphere of the use: in activity of Main Administration of Economy of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Lviv Regional Territorial Branch of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, in the educational process of the Ukrainian Academy of Book-Printing.
