The dissertation is devoted to a catalogue of positions and orbit elements of space objects on geosynchronous orbits, using the combined CCD-observation method. The observation method was improved using a rotation device to achieve work goal. The rotation device is automated mechanism which revolves the CCD metrics around objective's optical axis, to align the CCD-matrix columns in to position parallel to the direction of observation object's movement. The original method for observations reduction was designed and applied to practice of astronomical observations. The observation program was composed; catalogue of 31883 positions of 67 geosynchronous objects in equatorial coordinate system was obtained. The catalogue of state vectors and orbit elements was formed on the base of positions of geosynchronous objects; research of prediction accuracy by obtained state vectors was carried out.
