Essay

The dissertation is a theoretic and empiric research of intimate and rational determinants of emotional experiences the unemployed people have at a time of professional crises. The paper analyzes the major principles for understanding of a phenomenal nature of an emotional experience and defines the category of the experience one has about a professional crisis. It also outlines the meaningful character and structural organization of professional crises as a systematic unity of formal-rational, rational-structural and effects' data. The study suggests that introduction of a psychological trainings' program into the process of their general professional re-training can become an effective tool to help unemployed people copy with unconstructive ways of emotional response to a professional crisis. The results of a seminal experiment show that involving of the unemployed into an experimental group sessions with the formative means applied activates in their self-consciousness the processes of rational integration of personal and professional experiences of the past, the present and the future, encourages their need for widening the own professional scope and professional knowledge and interests, and, consequently, provides for the conditions and possibilities' background for shaping the constructive ways that help to cope with professional crises on the emotional plane.
