The object – is economic-organizing processes of financial resources provision of socio-economic development of the region; the aim – is development of theoretical and methodological aspects and substantiation of practical recommendations to improve the mechanism of financial resources management of the region; the methods – systems analysis, logical generalization; the scientific novelty – is improvement of mechanism of financial resources management of the region by means of administrative influence expansion on state and non-state financial resources; the results – are organizational choice offers mechanism of using state and non-state financial resources on the principles of partnership of territorial communities and local business; determined temporarily available local budget funds; concept of using temporarily available local budget funds; all those thesis has been developed – Kherson Municipal Council; the field of use – is development of productive forces and the regional economy.
