Thesis is dedicated to the development of methods and computer means for processing dynamic images for improving efficiency of prognostication their characteristics. Thesis presents the initial theoretical principles, the formulated objective and task of the research. For the improvement of reliability of the results there had been made the verification of the methods appropriateness by imitational simulation. There had been developed the methods for information processing on the examples of laser beams spots images processing. There had been developed the computerized system for prognostication of characteristics of dynamic images in the on-line mode. There had been conducted the experimental researches of methods and means for dynamic images processing. There had been presented the results of processing and prognostication of characteristics of images of laser beams lines by the imitational models of the developed computerized system. There had been developed the software and hardware means for the processing of dynamic images in the on-line mode.
