Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of effective selection of sreamlining tools (ST) in flexible computer-integrated manufacturing systems (FCIMS) and increase of efficiency of ST selection process by means of automation. The new approach to automation of ST control process based on a neuro-fuzzy technology is offered. It takes into account illegibility and linguistic uncertainty in descriptions of components of the problem, i.e. manufacture objects (MO) at their identification and coordination with ST. The new concept of semanticaly-coordinated environment of decision-making and an agent-oriented approach to its implementation are suggested for unification of decision-making procedures in FCIMS. The technique of automated ST selection is created providing support for linguistic uncertainties and illegibility in MO descriptions. Fully functional neuro-fuzzy model for coordination of the component of technological equipment selection problem in FCIMS is offered. The organizational and algorithmic structure of decision support system for automation of ST selection control process is developed. The program environment "Neuro-fuzzy synthesizer" for complex indistinct systems modeling which allows to carry out construction and research of fuzzy, neuro and composite neuro-fuzzy models is implemented.
