Marasina G. The problem of female labor qualification in industry in the European part of USSR (on the basis of selected regions) during 1922 – 1991

The object of the research: female labor in an industry on an example of separate regions of the European part USSR in 1922-1991. The dissertation purpose is to analyze dynamics of a level of the women qualification in an industry in 1922-1991, the social factors, which on it influenced. Methods: description, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, case-stady; comparative-historical, historical-genetic, historical-typological, historical-system, statistical, method of analogies, method of alternative modeling, method of the gender analysis. Scientific novelty: for the first time in a domestic history the general, unbiased, complex research of a problem of qualification of female labor in an industry on an example of separate regions of the European part USSR is carried out. Practical value: the materials and results of research can be used for preparation of lecture courses and seminar employment on a history of Russia and Ukraine, special courses on a gender problematic. Sphere of use: higher educational institutions.
