Avtonomov S. Improvement of organizational and economic processes of investing in the region

The subject of investigation is the investing of different financial establishments in the region favouring the increasing of the investment activity of business entities. The purpose of investigation is the development of theoretical approaches and methodical recommendations for the improvement of the economic-organizing processes of the investment in the region for increasing of the investment activity of business entities and the development of positive investment climate. The methods of research are analysis, theory of systems, system analysis, methods of economic and mathematical modeling, expert evaluation methods. The practical importance of the obtained results consists in the development of methodical approaches to the development and realization of complex investment programs considering the impact on this process of the financial and economic performance of the potential object of the investment, the investment position of the investor in the market of finances and its level of resource potential and economic risk. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that first the principles of the development of the complex investment program of the financial establishment have been justified. The categorical apparatus has been improved; its logical integration with the effectiveness of the scientific principles of the regional investment management; the structuring of economic-organizing processes of the investment in the region at the expense of the institutional elements and distribution of the instruments of the corporative financial management; the principles of the development of the investment strategy on the basis of portfolio-balance approach, have been defined. The justification of the factors of positive investment climate in the region; the categorical apparatus of the regional investment management; the scientific-methodological approaches to the strategic planning of the investing; the organizational arrangements that will provide favourable conditions for business climate in the region, the investment earnings and the providing of the accelerated economic development, have been further developed.
