The thesis is a manuscript, which was developed and proved theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for efficient investment and innovation development of the industrial complex of Ukraine's regions and major areas of regulation of its activity in the market economic system. The thorough study of theoretical and practical foundations of efficient investment and innovation development of industrial enterprises in the regions of Ukraine and its current state and main directions of economic development under market conditions that meet the priority principles of development of Ukraine under the national strategy of investment and innovation.
