Dubich I. The morphology of the dogs pancreas in rate and under pancreatitis.

The Thesis is dedicated to study of morphologies of the dogs pancreas in ontogenetic postnatal period and under pancreatitis. In the work are realized change of hemato-logical factors and histological construction of the pancreas of the dogs depending on sharp and chronic current of pancreatitis. It is established that beside dogs under sharp current of pancreatitis absolute and rel-ative mass of the pancreas increases in 1,30 accordingly and 1,24 times, under chronic cur-rent - in 1,28 and 1,13 once. The sharp current of pancreatitis reveals itself the edema an interacinic space, necrobiotic change the pancreas, granular and hydropic dystrophy of pancreatic cells, their nucleuses and nucleus-cytoplasmic attitude increases comparatively health animal. Under chronic current of pancreatitis occurs the dyscomplexation of pancreatic cells, lysis and pycnosis of their nucleuses. Full destruction of acinuses exists in separate events, which lose the typical form. Cytoplasm of pancreatic cells compacted, places dis-integrates on separate fragments. In isle of Langerhans under sharp and chronic current of pancreatitis exist the central hemorrhage and destruction of endocrine cells.
