Object:system fibrinogen+thrombin,fibrin desAA,fibrin desAABB,fibrin t-NDSK, fibrin polypeptide fragments.Aim:search and localization of previously unknown fibrin polymerization sites in its NH2-terminal region Вb(1-53).Methods:cells cultivation, immunochemistry, protein chemistry, physical in chemistry.By the means of received fibrin polymerization inhibitors (monoclonal antibodies and synthetic peptides) the novel previously unknown polymerization site "С" within fibrin E domain was revealed,which takes part in fibrin polymerization protofibril formation stage and functions before the fibrinopeptide B cleavage.The obtained monoclonal antibodies can be recommended for use in affinity chromatography and creation on their basis of immunochemical techniques and immunosensors for quantitative determination of fibrinogen in human blood plasma or immunovektor molecules.
