The modern flowmeter analytical review has proved that heat-loss anemometrical flowmeters (TAFs) are the most perspective. It is grounded that the problem of accuracy increase up to 1,5 % and the depletion measurement response applying new high precision automated TAF is urgent. The new TAF of greater accuracy (1,5 %) compared to known one (3 %) is developed and investigated. It is shown, that the accuracy increase of the developed flowmeter is achieved by means of: new offered TAF mathematical model capable to input extra corrections considering the influence of basic constructive parameters of the device (obtained as a result of biological fuel flow investigation); new methods of TAF errors decrease; the device of artifical neural net-works aimed to correct dynamic TAF errors. The hardware-software complex based on digital computer system is created. This complex provides automated measurements in real time simultaneusely producing the necessary form of documentation (figures, schedules, tables). The formulas which connect the sufficient loss with the sufficient loss of engine fuel provided the application of TAF are obtained for the first time. The procedure of linear approximation with simultaneous temperature measurement of engine fuel is also got for the first time. The calculations of sufficient engine fuel loss, applying artificial neural networks and neuroprocessor as the components of digital computer are offered for the first time. These are aimed to increase the flowmeter precision. The conclusions are proved by experimental way and by means of computed modeling.
