Object - the process of frequency conversion of keying signals in radio and wireless telecommunication systems. The purpose - development of the method of multiplying the frequency of the phase-shift keying signals, that allows to multiply the carrier frequency of the signal, while the phase attributes stay unchanged and the phase distortions that are present in it are not multiplied. Methods - spectral analysis of the signals, topological analysis of the electrical circuits, mathematical modeling, simulation and full-scale experiment. Results - a new method of multiplying the frequency of the phase-shift keying signals. It is introduced - into the state budgetary research work and the educational process of the Kharkov national university of radio electronics. Sphere of application - transceiving facilities for mobile communication systems, devices of generation and frequency shifting of the signals.
