Essay

Object of research:control processes of the production systems large-size single crystals. Research objective: synthesis of robust controllers and models for crystallization process control systems for growing large-size single crystals. Methods: Methods of optimal control theory, numerical methods for solving matrix equations and systems of differential equations, methods of approximation models of dynamical systems. Theoretical and practical results are to improve the efficiency of the plants to grow large-size single crystals made by using the method of synthesis of robust controllers . The results obtained in the thesis realized in practice when creating software and hardware systems, process control stsintilyatsiynih materials. According to the results of cultivation indicated a significant increase in the quality of the grown crystals by stabilizing the mass rate of crystallization. Scientific novelty of the work lies in the foundation and development of a new approach to design process control systems the crystallization of large crystals under conditions of uncertainty, and stochastic control object. First proposed method of controlling the cultivation of large-size single crystals, robust with respect to the characteristic of the crystallization processes of uncertainty can improve the efficiency of production of crystals. The first obtained by the mathematical model of crystallization process of large crystals in the frequency domain and state space based on regression analysis of the influence of thermal conditions on the diameter of the growing crystal and the melt temperature of the make-up to simplify the procedure for the synthesis of multidimensional control systems in growing a single crystal.
