Koshchiy Y. The problem of Gibraltar in international relations (1956-2006).

It is shown the participation of international community in resolving the territorial conflict and it is analyzed the contribution to regulation of Gibraltar's problem of such international organizations as the UN, the NATO, the EU and it is determined the options to resolve the problem by using them. It is examined a development of the negotiation process within the period and there were found differences in the positions of Spanish, British and Gibraltar Governments. It is studied the dynamics of change related to solving the question of Gibraltar from bilateral negotiations between the Governments of Spain and the UK to establishing trilateral negotiations with representatives of Gibraltar.
