Essay

Object of investigation - ionic equilibria and properties of charged particles in the systems double charged cation perchlorate - 3-hydroxyflavone - acetonitrile. Aim of investigation - establishing of the models of ionic equilibria in the systems double charged cation perchlorate - 3-hydroxyflavone - acetonitrile, investigation of influence of temperature, nature and size of cation on association, complex formation and properties of charged particles in solution. Methods of investigation and apparatus - conductometry, UV, Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy, molecular modeling. Novelty - It was shown the possibilities of conductometry for studying of ionic equilibria in the systems unsymmetrical associated electrolyte - polyatomic organic ligand - non-aqueous solvent. It was proved that formation of complex particles of magnesium and nickel perchlorates with 3-hydroxyflavone in acetonitrile ([MgClO4flv]+, [Niflv]2+) is not followed by substitution of hydrogen atom of t! he ligand molecule. In case of calcium, strontium, and barium cations complex particles [Caflv]2+, [Srflv]2+, [BaClO4flv]+ are formed. Degree of adoption - the results are adopted in classes. Field of application - physical chemistry, analytical practice.
