Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex investigations directing on development of technological schemes and equipment for utilization of heat of exhaust gases from autonomous heat-generator and utilizations of heat of exhaust in a drying process heat-transfer agent. The experimental investigation were carried out and the fundamental regularities of working characteristics of the coil thermo siphon heat pipe recuperative apparatus was carried out, it is shown that by efficiency they don't concede to traditional recuperators on heat pipes. The investigations of the processes of utilizations of heat of exhaust in a drying process heat-transfer agent have shown that use of recuperators can essentially lower power consumption of drying installations. The obtained results of experimental and calculated investigations, design and technological developments and data of industrial and operating tests and The corrected design procedure can be utilized at the analysis, at modernization, at designing, manufacture, implementation and usage of heat of the process equipment in technological lines of spray drying.
