Essay

There were considered fundamental and applied aspects of agroecological monitoring optimization of the main harmful apple leaf rollers in Forest-Steppe of Ukraine under climate change. It was determined that under current indicators of global warming harmful dominant species of leaf rollers apple in apple-tree plantations are: apple seedworm, omnivorous and mesh leaf rollers. The mass flight of wintered apple seedworm generation is registered in conditions at STE of 233-268 0С, while in the twentieth century it was observed at 150-190 0С. Populations of apple seedworm inherent phenological polymorphism, which may serve as material for natural selection. Study of seasonal population dynamics and spatial structure of leaf rollers populations serve as justification for the optimal timing and placement of pheromone traps for monitoring Lepidoptera pests of apple tree. Performance evaluation of abiotic preferendums of leaf rollers for calculating correction coefficients for the analysis of pheromone trap catches in weather anomalies. As the result of environmental laws of the biotic potential of insects, the method of production forecast phasic structure of populations of Lepidoptera pests, which is the foundation of effective measures to protect the plants.
