Essay

The biochemical mechanisms of inflammation involving proinflammatory cytokines (interferon-gamma, tumor necrosis factor-alfa, interleukin-1betta and interleukin-6), nitric oxide, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant system were investigated of rats in condition of hypergastrinemia and dysbacteriosis and with long-term gastric hypoacidity and with injection of multiprobiotic "Symbiter®". It was established that the morphological changes in the gastric mucosa and colon of rats with long-term gastric hypoacidity may be caused by the development of hypergastrinemia, dysbacteriosis and as a resulting by inflammation. It was shown the increase level of proinflammatory cytokines, production of nitric oxide, interferon, lipid peroxidation and disruption of antioxidant system functioning in rats with hypoacidity state. It was revealed that the multyprobiotic "Symbiter®" causes protective effect in the gastric and colon, has anti-inflammatory, interferonogenic, immunomodulatory properties and is able to positively influence to the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system functioning.
