Essay

Theoretical model of motivation of youth's participation in nongovernmental organizations is verified in thesis. Model covers the structure and direction of motivation; three types of motivation of youth participation in nongovernmental organizations are distinguished. An impact of other factors which influence on motivation is taken into consideration:personality traits and psychical states, factors of age, education, occupation, role in NGO, type of NGO, parental education etc. It is proved that motivational factors of participation in nongovernmental organizations depend on role, which young people play in organization and direction of NGO.
