The research object is a serving requests process in computer systems with multiple access with limited resources, research methods based on theory of systems of mass service, abundance theory, graph theory, genetic algorithms, mathematical statistics, imitation modeling; theoretical results of the work - a new approach to improve the effectiveness of the process of serving requests in computer systems with multiple access, improved method of search and localization for "bottlenecks" in the process of serving requests, received further development of a method of optimizing structure of queries for databases, modified method of caching computing results, improved method of resources optimization by time scale; Practical results - algorithms and methods which allows to improve the effectiveness of requests serving process in computer systems with multiple access, software for queries serving process monitoring, search and localization of "bottlenecks, reducing the impact of found "bottlenecks" by caching and optimizing structure of database, as well as optimize the allocation of resources between users serving and running service.
