Essay

There is new type of temperature sensor - thermocouple with controlled profile of temperature field (TCPTF) is offered and investigated in dissertation . In such sensor the own profile of the temperature field is stabilized along the electrodes of main thermocouple. Sensor became independent from measuring object's temperature field changes. Therefore degradation processes in its electrodes appear as a time drift of conversion characteristic. These processes can not appear itself as an heterogeneity error purchased during exploitation. Because electro motion force (EMF) generates in heterogeneous thermocouple depends not only from the difference of temperatures of hot and cold junctions but also from the profile of the temperature field between them. Profile of the temperature field is stabilized by the additional subsystems of temperature control. Each subsystem content heater and becoming thermocouple. These subsystems are shifted along electrodes of main thermocouple. The analysis of errors of TCPTF was made. Also method of temperature control is offered. A methodical error from thermal flow from heaters to the hot junction of main thermocouple is theoretic appraised. The model of TCPTF and stand for its research is developed and made. Theoretic conclusions are experimentally confirmed. The structure of the system which utillizes TCPTF is developed. It is showed that at the use of the chosen technical decisions heterogeneity error does not exceed 0,2°С. The error of temperature measuring does not exceed 1,3°С at the periodic check of main thermocouple.
