Essay

The research object is the special technological equipment of sheet panels assembling and welding conveyer-mechanized lines. The purpose is the universal technological equipment for assembling, transporting along the lines and guaranteeing of synchronous welding all railway tank car boiler shell sheet panel joints of various width sheets designing principles improvement. The research subject is the universality range of the special technological equipment, machinery and calculated dependences of various panels and equipment elements contacting surfaces interaction in the assembling, welding and transporting process along the lines, lines universal equipment constructing principles. The research methods are theoretical which are based on generally accepted methods of deformation determination when bending strain, the theoretical mechanics methods and resistance analysis to movement of mechanical transport equipments; practical which are based on the various universal methods of deformation measures accompanying sheet panels and sheets when moving along the roller zones of assembling and welding line stands and roller conveyer for sheets moving. Newness - it was established that when sheet panel moving along roller zones the deformations of it edges are inversely proportional to the square of sheet thickness; it was received the equation of the sheet panel frontal edge critical flight and graphic dependences it decision were offered; it was determined critical bending factor of sheet panel frontal edge when its moving along dead roller zone as ratio of the critical bending to the roller diameter; it was established that additional resistance to panel moving which is springing up when stopping of panel frontal edge on the rollers of dead roller zone depends on the frontal edge bending in the moment of contact with roller and roller diameter and it is reached maximum value by critical pitch of the rollers. The introduction degree - it was tested in conductions of the railway tank cars OJSC "Azovmash" production with economic effect is equal 127.55 thousand hryvnas. The utilization sphere is machine building.
