Dissertation is devoted to the solution of very important scientific and technical task of increase of time and accuracy effectiveness of informing signal recept and reproduction in radiospectroscopy of nuclear quadrupole resonance. The methodology of recept of nuclear quadrupole resonance response signal based on utilization of phased signal of time scanning that ensures high efficiency of recept of informing signal due to enhanced accuracy of its response. The resonance inductive-bounded signal imitator of nuclear induction designed for tuning of uninterrupted radiospectrometers that ensures tuning in narrow band of working frequencies. The methodology of stimulation of the substance under consideration by radioimpulses with manipulation of high frequency phase.
