The object of research: the process of territorial organization of the retail network. Purpose: To develop theoretical and methodological and applied principles of rational territorial organization of the retail network regions of the country. Methods: The historical, systemic and structural, spatial analysis and logic synthesis - analysis and comparison; economic statistics, economic and mathematical modeling, strategic analysis, structural-functional, graphic and cartographic. Results: The conceptual principles of territorial organization of the retail network regions of the country, which are based on logistics as a tool to optimize the trade flows in the region, implementation of which involves the construction of logistic chains in the trade depending on the level of territorial organization of regional retail network to ensure its rationality, improved conceptual -terms of the research, which characterizes the territorial organization of the retail network regions of the country, approach to the classification of factors impact on the territorial organization of the retail network on the basis of: endogenous and ekzahenni, methodical approach to analysis and evaluation of territorial organization of the retail network, given further development: approach the choice of strategies for rational territorial organization of the retail network, which will choose the basic and auxiliary strategy approach to building regional logistics trading system, which envisages the construction of various types of logistics chains through the introduction shtryhkodovyh technology depending on the level of territorial organization of retail network approach to optimization of rational territorial organization of the retail network, which involves identifying the needs of prospective trade targets in the region by comparing the actual provision of the standard value and justify their optimal placement in the region.
