Essay

Thesis is devoted to revealing and research of change of micromechanical, electrophysical characteristics and nanostructure of silicon crystals affected by magnetic fields. Іt is revealed that the action of magnetic fields with different origin - constant and modulating magnetic fields, and also microwave superhigh-frequency electromagnetic field leads to change of micromechanical and electrophysical properties of silicon crystals. It is established that stimulated magnetic field processes of a structural relaxation have turnaround character and lead to restoration micromechanical and electrophysical properties of silicon crystals.
