The thesis includes the results of investigations of elastic scattering and break-up of deuterons in the interaction with nuclei of deuterium and tritium. The new experimental data of deuterons elastically scattered by nuclei of deuterium and tritium and differential cross sections for products of its break-up at energy Ed = 36,9 MeV were obtained. This data were measured at first time. The results of analysis of exerimental data within the framework of the diffraction nuclear model taking into account NN-interactions
