Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of mathematical models and methods of computing service process hierarchical multi-stage systems. For top-level planning, the level of complex systems, mathematical models and computational methods that implement the pull strategy the planning by balancing the current portfolio of external querries of the system with a design portfolio for setted sequentinal periods of time. For lower-level planning, the level devices of complex, the mathematical models and computational methods that are based on top-level planning, implementing push planning strategy with the help of a greedy optimization method of planning scheduling service that uses the properties of critical group of devices. For testing the effectiveness of planning for the congestion of devices compared with the method of exhaustive search, developed the simulation system. With the help of the developed simulation system, a series of experiments were took place and these experiments has showed relatively high efficiency of the proposed methods.
