Essay

The aim of this work was to determine pathomorphological changes in kidneys with hereditary arterial hypertension of ISIAH (inherited stress induced arterial hypertension) line rats. Morphological investigation of ISIAH rats has shown, that first signs of alteration of glomerular filter are appears at the age of 7 days and represented by initial events of glomerular capillaries remodeling. For the first time revealed and given ultrastructure of epithelial peripolar cells of renal glomeruli in ISIAH rats. The expedience of Thiotriazolinum use in complex pharmacological correction of hypertensive nephropathy was proved by morphological analysis.
