The object - water resources of the Crimea rivers; the aim - determining the status of the Crimea rivers water resources in the conditions of human impact based on the mathematical modeling; methods - simulation of domestic runoff based on the stochastic and neural network models; the results - the assessment of annual performance of the Crimean rivers runoff, depending on climatic conditions and the level of water use; the novelty - developed stochastic model simulation of the annual domestic runoff in the conditions of water using for a human water supply, NEURAL modeling to assess the effects of water consumption and artificial water bodies creation is realized, the consequences of global warming in terms of water consumption in the steppe part of the Crimea is evaluated; the introduction degree - is planned for introduction; the branch of using - in water management and planning organizations in the calculation of the rivers runoff.
