Essay

A research object-process of formation of the micronized factions of coal at his dynamic destruction during unloading in the maximum tense state. Purpose of work - to develop a method and define the features of process of formation of the micronized factions of coal at his dynamic destruction in the maximum tense state at unloading for development of complex of modern facilities of laboratory research and method of determination of physical and mechanical descriptions of coal from outburst-prone layers. Research methods: physical design of dynamic destruction of maximum tense coal during formation of his micronized factions at unloading, mathematical analysis, mathematical statistics, method of laboratory determination of parameters, and also comparison of results, with theoretical and mine researches. Basic results. First found out an effect radially-ayer micronized dynamic destruction of maximum tense coal standards at their unloading, which arises up at terms, when attitude of acceleration toward previous speed of their unloading is in a range from 3,5 to 34 s-1 in the proper interval of tensions of compression from 114 to 300 Mpa. Scientific and technical principles are formulated on the base of which the method of application of complex of modern analog-digital apparatus and personal computer equipment is developed for archiving, analysis, and generalization of information about new physical and mechanical properties of coal from outburst-prone layers. Job performances are passed in the Donetsk coal institute as "The method of physical design dynamic destruction coal outside durability" and "The method of determination of physical and mechanical properties of outburst-prone breeds", "Dongiprouglemash" passed. The calculation economic effect from introduction of project modernization complex press equipment, with the use of modern analog-to-digital apparatus and facilities of computer treatment got in the laboratory terms of information makes 320,9 thousands of Uah on one complete set of equipment.
