Essay

Dissertation Thesis deals with perfection of image color flocking technology used for print production decoration. The investigation of consecutive electroflocking and color flock separation processes has been done on device models and new methods to evaluate the quality of flocked surface have been offered. Mathematical model of flock separation describing the mechanism of fiber behavior in a flocking chamber has been developed. It was established that technological characteristics of flock as well time of flocking and kinematic energy of fibers influence the quality of image.
