Essay

A method for assessing the current fatigue injure the most dangerous elements of hardware equipment. The regularities in the change of fatigue in the damage depends on the value of coercive force (coefficient of variation of hardness) and the stresses acting in a metal that is studied. A method that allows to assess the degree of fatigue damage of metal struc-tures of cranes based on the law of accumulation of damages received for laboratory samples. There is a need to stress spectrum, acting in the most intense site, in the study of the damage depends on the coefficient of variation of hardness. Established norms of defecation crane metal structures operating in the area multicyclic fatigue, which are based on the parameters of coercive force and the coefficient of variation of hardness, low marks on the steel.
