Essay

The dissertation is devoted to system analysis of the problem estimation, forecasting and control of an process of prevention of underflooding of territories and to synthesis of decision support system of the control process of underflooding in conditions of indefiniteness. The mathematical problem of optimum control is developed - the model of a two-level control system is distributed, developed optimum control strategies for each level. The model and software system support of decision-making for optimum control of an process of prevention of flooding of territories is developed.
