The dissertation is devoted to the questions defence of increase of videoinformation which is processed and is passed with the use of wireless telecommunications technologies in the conditions of the real time. The methodology of proof to decoding presentation of images is created in the process of forming of code constructions of the two dimension poliadicaly system which includes realization of cryptographic principles of interfusion and dispersion in the process of construction of informative making codegram. The method of tests is offered for the estimation of statistical descriptions of proof to decoding presentation of images and on their basis, testing of sequences of code-numbers is conducted.
