The thesis is dedicated to solving scientific problems and improves the reliability of secure information systems through the development of new methods of recovery and identification of the code constructions using decision-making procedures. The paper studies the known methods encoding / decoding information flow of modern information security systems. For the first time developed a method of identification and recovery of code structures that can increase the accuracy and integrity of information flow data information security systems. For the first time developed a method for determining the informative signal components when entering a given function of uncertainty.
