Dissertation work is devoted to subsequent development, perfection of multicriterion models and facilities of management the power use in educational establishments in the conditions of complex approach due to the analysis of entrance power and economic information on power efficiency, use of facilities of management distributing and redistribution of power and economic resources. The analysis of efficiency of the power use in educational establishments depends on quality of statistical analysis of entrance information on anomalousness, determination of current status of power efficiency on the indexes of influence on a management the power use in educational establishments applying rules of ranking. Application of the system of the power monitoring, that allows to define the optimum aggregate of projects from an energy-savings for a choice.
