The goal: developing theoretical, scientific-methodological and scientific-practical proposals and measures on improving organization-economic mechanism of housing fund reproduction on the regional level. The object of the research: a process of housing fund reproduction of a region. The subject of the research: organization-economic fundamentals of housing fund reproduction on the regional level. Methods used in the research: structural-logic analysis and synthesis, retrospective generalization, statistical methods, system approach, graphical method, correlation and regression analysis, economic-mathematical modeling. Improved: directions of reforming housing and communal services in a region from the aspect of urban housing fund reproduction. Determined: Organization-economic fundamentals of providing development of urban housing fund reproduction process. Proposed: regional indicators of housing fund reproduction mechanism operation and algorithm of housing reproduction process optimization. Introduced: Priority principles and actions on improving organization-economic provision of housing fund reproduction in Kharkov.
