Essay

The results of the experimental investigations of non-unique fourth-forbidden 113Cd beta-decay are presented. Decay of 151Eu has been observed for the first time. Special techniques were developed for scintillation signals pulse shape analysis, specifically, to distinguish low-energy scintillation signals from photomultiplier noises.
