Essay

In the thesis performed a comprehensive analysis of the Arab-Jewish conflict in Palestine. Explains the causes and consequences of the Arab-Israeli wars, analyzes the process of armed confrontation in the Palestinian Territories. Made emphasis on the emergence, development and combat actions of the Palestinian resistance organizations, the evolution of attitudes among the Palestinian resistance in their attitude to Israel. Describes the negotiations between the Palestinian parties. Also being considered the evolution of the Middle East peace process. Discovered the reasons of the crisis within the resistance movement in the 1970s - 1980s Analyzed the phenomenon of the intifada in 1987, the causes, course and consequences. In the work was reviewed the progress of the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations in the 90s, the political situation under the government of Ehud Barak in Israel before and after the beginning of the intifada Al-Aqsa, as well as a new round of confrontation, after coming to power in Israel, Ariel Sharon's government.
