Essay

The thesis is dedicated to increasing the reliability of ultrasonic nondestructive testing of porcelain insulators in the diagnosis of microscopic defects such as open porosity. The classification of errors that occur in the control facilities; developed a mathematical model based control of linear stochastic processes, improved method of processing the results of the control centers and improved method for measuring ultrasonic velocity. Created a new system of nondestructive testing of insulators, the basis of which statistical methods of analysis laid informative signal. Developed and received a patent for a construction of blocks primary transducers and method of controlling objects with complex geometric shapes. Experimental research were conducted using both the UD3-71 flaw detector based on a standard methodology for monitoring and using the developed system based on the proposed control methods in the thesis.
