Essay

Dissertation is devoted to improving methods of forecasting and analytical assessment of regional industrial complexes. The system of indicators of structural and dynamic changes in the regional economic system (RES) to build a model of economic regulation of the RIC is formed. Some forecast quantity and quality parameters of the RIC for a certain period of prejudice and experimentally verified their adequacy is built to real industrial and commercial litigation.
