Essay

Research object is the technology of thermal structure formation of the porous particle of vortical device. The purpose of research is the development of theoretical and technological basics for creating a new porous insulation material with predictable thermophysical characteristics. Research methods are mathematical and numerical simulation of heat-and-mass transfer process. Theoretical and practical results are presented with the first-time experimental determination of kinetic characteristics of porous material heat treatment based on silica in the vortex layer that allowed to establish the dependence of residence time of the particle in the vortical device of mass flow of material at different speeds and temperatures of the flow. Novelty is presented with the first time of obtained dependence of thermophysical characteristics of porous material on the dimentions of its heat treatment while heaving, based on ones methodological approach for finding the optimum heat treatment of the material is proposed. The implementation degree lays in the results that are used in the utility company "Dniprodzerzhynsk heat supply system", city of Dniprodzerzhinsk, Dnipropetrovsk region, JSC "DneproAZOT" city of Dniprodzerzhinsk, Dnipropetrovsk region with total annual economic impact of 106,091 UAH/year.
