Essay

The object of study - the hydrodynamic processes of the absorber pressure fluctuations in the hydraulic unit. The purpose of research - improving efficiency and expanding the functionality of the absorber pressure fluctuations by improving the design and establishment of optimal parameters of the workflow. Research methods - system analysis, mechanics of fluids, theory of management, the theory of optimal systems, theory of experiment planning. Theoretical and practical results - methodology of designing, optimizing the design and operating parameters and analysis of performance mufflers in the hydraulic unit. Developed patented invention in the construction of Ukraine mufflers. Muffler is recommended for inclusion in the nomenclature of production of JSC "Gidroprivod" (Kharkiv). Novelty - developed a generalized mathematical workflows model of passive absorbers of pressure fluctuations, which allows for the preliminary design stage, to evaluate its effectiveness, first developed a mathematical model of the workflow absorber pressure fluctuations with an automatic adjustment to the parameters that take into account the unsteady hydrodynamic processes, time-varying parameters fluid, the first time an association between extinction coefficient of the absorber pressure pulsations its design parameters, a form of pressure fluctuations fluid and hydraulic unit operating parameters. Obtained new analytical dependence of the quenching of the design parameters of the absorber pressure pulsation and hydraulic unit operating parameters, the first time experimentally established dependence of the quenching of the absorber pressure fluctuations on the operating parameters and determined the effect of hydro bellows at extinction coefficient. The degree of implementation - JV "HEMZ-ІPEC", JSC "Gidroprivod", JSC "REMMASHSTROY" (Kharkiv), Department of gidropnevmoavtomatiki and hydraulic NTU "KPI". Area of use - mechanical engineering.
