Mirzodaieva T. Anti-Crisis Regulation of Socio-Economic Development of Old Industry Region

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of theoretical, methodological and methodical questions as well as to the development of practical recommendations on anti-crisis regulations of socio-economic development of the old industry regions enterprises. It is expected, that these efforts will provide necessary conditions for using of their present potentials in the context of sustainability of regional economic systems. Domestic and foreign theoretical-methodical approaches to the forming of modern mechanism of anti-crisis policy in regulation of socio-economic development of old industry region are generalized deepened and concretized. Conceptual basis of the forming of the system of anti-crisis regulation of socio-economic development of the area system of Ukraine is revealed. Regional peculiarities of crisis processes in Ukraine and potential of socio-economic development of old industry regions are analyzed. The effectiveness of socio-economic development of the old industry region is evaluated; factors of forming and realization of crisis situations in the economic system of a region are defined. Sequence of forming of the strategy of anti-crisis regulations of socio-economic development is justified. Scientific-methodical tools of modeling of the technology of anti-crisis regulations of socio-economic development of old industry region have been worked out. Ways of improving of organizational and institutional mechanisms of the anti-crisis regulation of regional development are proposed in this dissertation.
